Solvent
Solvent digital printing utilises solvent-based inks to print high-quality graphics onto various substrates, offering durable and weather-resistant prints suitable for outdoor applications.
The versatility of solvent-printed products positions them as the preferred option for various applications, including outdoor signage, vehicle graphics, retail displays, trade shows, construction and real estate projects, industrial labeling, and packaging.
In contrast to Dye-sublimation and UV Printing, solvent ink requires a 24-hour curing process. When utilized in high-traffic environments, it's advisable to apply lamination to safeguard the print from potential damage.
Dye-sublimation
Dye-sublimation involves printing an image onto specialized transfer paper using water-based dye sublimation inks. These printed images are subsequently transferred onto various fabrics (listed below) using a heat press. Through this process, the dye penetrates deep into the polyester fibres, resulting in a permanent image that remains vibrant. Dye-sublimation prints are particularly popular in industries such as sports, workwear, retail branding and promotional.

UV Roll to Roll
UV digital printing is a cutting-edge technology that uses ultraviolet light to cure inks instantly onto various substrates, including plastics, glass, and wood, resulting in durable prints with vibrant colours.
UV-printed substrates are the popular choice for the following applications Signage and Displays, Retail Branding, Architecture and Interior Design.
Although UV printing offers remarkable versatility, capable of adhering to almost any substrate, its drawback lies in the fact that the ink is only bonded to the surface of the substrate, unlike Dye-Sub and Solvent printing methods. Therefore, it is important to carefully consider your application before choosing this print method.
UV Flatbed
Our UV flatbed printer offers an efficient digital printing method that provides high-quality prints onto a wide range of rigid substrates, making it suitable for various applications across multiple industries.
With a bed size of 3000mm x 2000mm, we can print onto oversized sheets. The ability to print directly onto rigid substrates means we can cut out the two-step process needed when using self-adhesive vinyl to brand any board stock.
Unlike the previously mentioned print methods, the flatbed offers the unique capability of edge-to-edge printing, enabling direct printing onto pre-cut stock. This feature expands possibilities for applying specialized finishes to your job before the final printing step, enhancing customization and efficiency.
